Delivery Terms

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to most metropolitan and regional locations across Australia.

Delivery availability may vary depending on postcode, product size and carrier network coverage.

Delivery Timeframes

Any delivery dates or estimated delivery timeframes provided by us are estimates only.

While we will use reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery timeframes, we do not guarantee delivery by a particular date.

Delivery timeframes commence from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.

Delivery Address

You are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided is accurate and complete.

Additional charges may apply where re-delivery, redirection or special arrangements are required due to incorrect information supplied by you.

Authority to Leave

To help facilitate efficient deliveries, Authority to Leave (ATL) may be applied by default to eligible deliveries.

Where ATL applies, our delivery partners may leave Products at the delivery address without obtaining a signature if no one is available to receive the delivery.

If you do not wish for ATL to be used, please contact us prior to dispatch. While we will endeavour to accommodate your request, alternative delivery arrangements may not always be available and additional delivery charges may apply.

Risk and Ownership

Risk of loss or damage to a Product passes to you upon delivery of the Product to the delivery address specified in your order.

Where Authority to Leave (ATL) applies, risk passes once the Product has been delivered to the nominated delivery address, regardless of whether a signature has been obtained.

Ownership of a Product remains with Zzz Atelier until full payment has been received.

Delivery Access

Zzz Atelier provides kerbside, front door or ground floor delivery services only unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that Products can be safely delivered to the nominated delivery address.

Where access restrictions prevent delivery, including but not limited to stairs, lifts, narrow hallways, gated access or building restrictions, additional delivery charges may apply and delivery may need to be rescheduled.

Zzz Atelier is not responsible where a Product cannot be moved beyond the delivery point due to access restrictions at the delivery location.

Failed Deliveries

Additional delivery charges may apply where delivery attempts are unsuccessful due to:

(a) incorrect delivery information supplied by you;

(b) restricted or unsafe access to the delivery location; or

(c) no person being available to receive the delivery where Authority to Leave (ATL) is not permitted.

Remote & Restricted Locations

Some remote, island or difficult-to-service locations may incur additional delivery charges or delivery restrictions.

If we are unable to fulfil delivery to your location, we may cancel the order and provide a refund.

PO Boxes

Due to the size and nature of certain Products, Zzz Atelier may be unable to deliver to PO Boxes, parcel lockers or similar facilities.
