The Signature Mattress

The Signature Mattress is a dual-spring hybrid mattress. It combines comfort foams and a responsive micro pocket spring comfort layer with a 5-zone pocket spring support core. Although it is vacuum-compressed and rolled for delivery, it is not an all-foam mattress.

Signature has a Cushioned Medium feel at approximately 6/10. Comfort foams and micro pocket springs create responsive cushioning closer to the body, while the main 5-zone pocket spring system provides a stable foundation underneath. Firmness remains subjective and can feel different depending on body weight, sleeping position, the supporting base and what you are accustomed to sleeping on.

There is no universally correct mattress for one sleeping position. Signature may appeal to sleepers who want responsive cushioning around contact areas without choosing an ultra-plush mattress. Body weight, shoulder and hip shape, firmness preference and what you currently sleep on all affect comfort.

No. No mattress can completely isolate movement. Signature uses individually wrapped micro pocket springs and individually pocketed main support springs that respond more independently, helping contain movement closer to where it occurs compared with a traditional interconnected spring system.

Yes. EdgePlus™ uses two rows of reinforced spring units around the perimeter of Signature to help stabilise the edge and make more of the mattress surface comfortable to use. The reinforced edge remains responsive rather than rigid and should not be treated as a seat frame or stood on.

Allow the mattress to expand in a well-ventilated room after unpacking. Most expansion occurs within the first 24 hours, although the mattress may take up to seven days to reach its intended shape and feel. Minor initial creasing, unevenness, dimensional variation or odour can occur while the materials settle and should reduce with time and ventilation.

The mattress is no-flip and should not be turned over. Rotate it head-to-foot once a month during the first three months, then at least once every three months thereafter to promote even wear.

Use a suitable supportive flat or slatted base. Queen and King sizes require rigid centre support extending from the bed frame to the floor. For slats up to 6 cm wide, gaps must not exceed 6 cm; for wider slats, gaps must not exceed the width of the slats. Review the warranty terms for complete base requirements.

The Signature Mattress includes a 15-Year Limited Mattress Warranty against eligible manufacturing defects, subject to the warranty terms. The warranty operates in addition to rights under Australian Consumer Law.

OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 is an internationally recognised certification for textiles tested for harmful substances. It applies to the certified textile components used in the mattress rather than to the complete mattress.

CertiPUR™ is a certification programme for flexible polyurethane foam used in mattresses and upholstered furniture. Applicable polyurethane foam components are tested against CertiPUR™ requirements covering restricted substances and VOC emissions.

A hybrid mattress combines a spring support system with one or more comfort materials above it. In Signature, the 5-zone pocket springs provide the primary support structure, while the comfort foams and micro pocket spring layer provide cushioning and responsiveness closer to the body.

It is a layer of small individually wrapped springs positioned closer to the sleep surface. The springs respond locally to pressure and movement, adding responsiveness and contouring above the main support core.

The cool gel memory foam is designed to help manage warmth at the sleep surface, while the spring systems and 3D AirMesh side panels encourage airflow. Temperature perception remains personal, and no mattress can guarantee a cold sleep surface throughout the night.
