We currently deliver to most metropolitan and regional locations across Australia.

Additional delivery charges may apply to certain remote, island or difficult-to-service locations. In some cases, delivery may not be available to certain areas.

If additional freight charges or delivery restrictions apply to your order, our Customer Care team will contact you before dispatch.


Free Shipping

We offer free shipping to most metropolitan and selected regional areas across Australia.

For some remote locations, additional freight charges may apply. Where applicable, these charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated to you before your order is dispatched.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day after payment has been received.

During peak periods, promotional events and public holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Authority To Leave (ATL)

To help facilitate efficient deliveries, Authority To Leave (ATL) may be applied by default to eligible deliveries.

If no one is available to receive the order, the carrier may leave the goods in a location deemed safe by the delivery provider.

If you do not wish for ATL to be used, please contact us prior to dispatch.

Once a delivery has been completed under ATL, responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer.


Large Furniture Deliveries

Mattresses, bed frames, sofas, sofa beds and other large furniture items are generally delivered to the ground floor entrance, front door or kerbside of the delivery address, depending on the carrier and service available.

Our delivery service does not include:

  • Delivery into individual rooms or apartments
  • Carrying items upstairs
  • Assembly or installation
  • Removal of existing furniture
  • Removal of packaging materials

Delivery Access Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products can be safely delivered to the nominated delivery address.

We recommend measuring doorways, hallways, staircases, lifts and access points before placing an order.

Additional delivery fees may apply where delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access.

Customers residing in apartments, multi-storey buildings or properties with restricted access are responsible for ensuring suitable delivery access is available.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as reasonably practicable and provide photographs where possible.

Our team will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Not always. Authority To Leave (ATL) may be applied to eligible deliveries.

Will my furniture be carried upstairs?

No. Unless otherwise stated, our delivery service is limited to kerbside, front door or ground floor delivery.

Customers are responsible for moving products beyond the delivery point.

Will you assemble my furniture?

No. Assembly and installation services are not included unless otherwise specified.

Can you remove my old mattress or furniture?


We currently do not offer old mattress or furniture removal services.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

Additional delivery charges may apply where a delivery attempt is unsuccessful or a redelivery is required.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. Collection may be available from our warehouse locations in Victoria and New South Wales by appointment only.

To arrange a collection, please contact our Customer Care team prior to attending the warehouse. We will confirm stock availability, collection instructions and a suitable collection time.

Orders cannot be collected without prior confirmation.
